Our Strawberry & Yoghurt Muffin Mix is made with real ingredients — like strawberries grown in Red Hill, Victoria — and none of the junk. No added sugars. No refined sugars. No sugar substitutes. Just simple, wholesome goodness in every bite.
All you need to add is an egg and a little oil — everything else is included! A one-bowl mix that’s easy peasy to bake in under 20 minutes — perfect for lunchboxes, daytime treats, or any snack plate.

What you need
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to make me :
- Preheat oven to 180deg (fan forced) and lightly grease a 12 hole mini muffin pan
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, vegetable oil and apple puree. Whisk until smooth (some small lumps are ok!) Avoid over stirring as this will make the muffins tough
- Spoon muffin mixture into the pan, fill to the top. Bake for 20min. Cool for 5 min in baking pan before transferring to wire rack for complete cooling

I'm best kept in an airtight container and eaten within 3 days (but I rarely last that long)
