Returns / Refunds Policy:
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact Baby Bunting customer service within 30 days of delivery and they will be happy to organise you a replacement product or full refund.
We are unable to offer change of mind returns for personal care items but can accept change of mind returns for other products within 30 days if they are returned unopened. Postage to be paid by the buyer. If free outbound shipping was given then this will be deducted from your refund.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer does not follow up after receiving a 'delivery attempted' card to organise redelivery/pick up from depot resulting in the item being returned to us then the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
