Wouldn’t buy or recommend
Fine but not as effective as frozen “quark poultice" or "curd cheese compress” which I used in hospital in Germany. Also after giving birth, there is no more use for these and giving them to someone else also seems strange.
Pretty and functional, contours to the body when frozen and pairs perfectly with the briefs! Highly recommend
Loved these inserts! They stayed cold for so long and were a massive relief post partum. I Highly recommend this product.
I have used this as a cold relief for two pregnancies now. It is compact to store when it’s not needed! My only comment is that it is a little wide (but I am a small person, so most people wouldn’t have any trouble with this!!). And I LOVE the organic herbs; this is a really beautiful addition.
A soothing product that helped my C Section recovery immensely
Lifesaver post NVD. Really helped with swelling and soothing inflammation. Highly recommend.
This is great. Just need to warm it in the microwave not even 20 seconds and inserts right into the post partum pants no need to hold it.

Cold packs gave fantastic relief and the system of just being able to slip these in the pocket of the Bare Mum underwear was super convenient. Bought 2 initially but ended up ordering 3 extra so there was always a frozen one available. The fragrance from the lavender is also a nice touch.

This product helped me so much in those tender first few weeks after birth. It fits perfectly and discreetly in the postpartum briefs.

Purchased 2 of these in my first order and they smell amazing right through the packaging. Can't wait to use these when baby #3 comes along soon.

While I'm still pregnant so I haven't put these to the postpartum test yet, I have found myself wanting to reach for this pad for everything - sore neck muscles, pregnancy cramps, etc. It's definitely multi-use and I don't see myself ever putting this away in storage, it's a permanent addition in my holistic medicine cabinet! I can't wait to see how it performs postpartum!

I wish I had this for my first cesarean. The insert has been amazing with my recovery undies it slides in the pouch easily and stays cool for the right amount of time. It also smells beautiful
