Our Price Beat Promise
With the million and one things you have to worry about, price won’t be one of them. Our Price Beat Promise means that if you find a competitor’s lower price on an identical stocked item (including delivery) we’ll beat it by 5%. Excludes ticketed items less than $50, stock liquidations, clearance items and goods shipped from overseas. Please see our terms and conditions below for more details.
You can request a Price Beat for both in-store and online purchases. If you are purchasing online, please complete the form below and one of our customer care team members will be in touch. Alternatively, you can visit your local store where our friendly store team members are ready to assist you.

What items does the 5% Price Beat Promise apply to?
Our Price Beat Promise applies before purchase to all identical products (not services), including colour, that are:
- Available at Baby Bunting, including products on promotion.
- In stock at our competitors in New Zealand (excluding any second-hand marketplaces) and available for collection or delivery within New Zealand on the same day.
- Ticketed items $50 & over
- Not excluded from Our Price Beat Promise (see below).
The Price Beat Promise cannot be combined with Baby Bunting Family Rewards (customers may choose to redeem rewards instead). We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities, and our Price Beat Promise does not apply to trade and commercial sales.
What is excluded from Our Price Beat Promise?
- Ticketed items under $50
‘Gift with purchase’ items
- Ex-Display Stock
- Products from fraudulent websites
- Products shipped from overseas
- Competitor stock liquidations (e.g. clearance products and/or goods sold by businesses that are closing down)
- Products that Baby Bunting have placed on clearance or quit or products that are exclusive to Baby Bunting
- Competitors’ member-only prices, cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions offered by the competitor or verbal/written quotes from our competitors
- Competitor Bundle / bonus offers will be price-matched only
- We will not price beat on an identical product that has been purchased from another Baby Bunting store or Baby Bunting website. We will “match” Baby Bunting pricing offered at another Baby Bunting store (unless the item is clearance or ex-display). An additional 5% discount is not to be applied.
