Great bottles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had no issues with these bottles. Baby has taken these bottles from day one and easily goes from bottle to breast and back. These bottles have stood up well with multiple washes and sterilisations. Good shape to hold for us and for baby. Hold a good amount of milk as well and I like the different sizes.
Horrible product and rude customer service.
We bought these bottles for our baby and this absolutely really bad products. It advertised anti colic but it was not. Our baby had to go to medical center as issue with fully of gas on his stomach. Tried to contact to customer service and they were not helpful and now I will raise the complaint with consumer authority. DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE AND THESE PEOPLE.

Flawed design, prone to leak
Poorly designed bottle. Wide based cap is difficult to tighten compared to Pigeon and Hegen, resulting in leakage of milk during use. To make matters worse, staff at BB was apathetic when I tried to explain the issue and refused to offer a refund. Sadly now I'm just using this as a milk storage container instead of a feeding bottle.
