Refund policy
You have 14 days to return your items (some exclusions apply see below list) for an exchange or refund as long as it is returned in its original sealed packaging and is in saleable condition. By saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used and all manuals etc. are included. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. You also must submit proof of purchase. Return shipping is at customer expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
If proof of purchase we will exchange it or give you a refund using your original payment method, less any shipping charges, as long as it is within 14 days of purchase.
Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale, clearance, special orders unless faulty.
