    Don’t use Baby Bunting Gift Registry

    Bought these off a gift registry for my daughter in law. The registry does not work and she received double. She was told to take them back in store for a credit. When we went in store we were told that’s a market place item and you cannot return it in store. We rang the 1300 number to be told oh that starts with a 7 barcode and it’s not our product. So I have to pay to have something returned because Baby Bunting gift registry does not work. Very frustrating and honestly ridiculous.

    Don’t use Baby Bunting Gift Registry

You are welcome to return or replace items within 60 days of dispatch. For all return queries, please contact the Baby Bunting customer service team. Returns or replacements will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.

Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a replacement or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via the Baby Bunting customer service team.
