Poor functionality for an expensive price

Bought this because it had the diffuser, white noise and Bluetooth in one, plus remote. When we got it, one of the covers was already ripped (of course the only nice one). The remote is terrible - you have to hold it super close to get it to work, which defeats the purpose. You have to press 4 times to get continuous steam, but because the buttons don’t work every time, you never know if you got to 4 or not. And even though it has a big tank, the water runs out quickly, and doesn’t last as advertised. Overall, not worth the money when it doesn’t work. My cheap Kmart ones work better.

Pretty subpar noise machine for kids/babies

It looks really nice, but the remote is not sensitive enough and you have to hold it at the right angle and at the right distance for it to register. The buttons on the machine themselves are also not that sensitive and sometimes the device needs a hard reset to turn off (unplug). Also this is my second one as the first one was exchanged for a new one as it stopped working out of the blue and we are having the same issues again. The range of pink noises/white noises are great, but would’ve been nice to have some lullaby music instead of the creepy meditation music.
