Returns
Returns for change of mind
You may return your Purebaby purchase for exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing within 60 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in its original condition (not worn or damaged) with tags attached and original packaging. If the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange for your return.
You need to include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.
When we have received the product(s) and they have been confirmed as in their original condition, we will organise a replacement of the product or a refund. You will be notified of this via the Baby Bunting customer service team.
