T - Tight: The carrier should be tight enough to hug your baby close to you.
I - In view at all times: You should always be able to see your baby’s face by simply glancing down.
C - Close enough to kiss: By tipping your head forward you should be able to kiss your baby on the head.
K - Keep chin off the chest: A baby should never be curled so that their chin is forced onto their chest as this can restrict their breathing.
S - Supported back: The baby’s back should be supported in a natural position so their tummy and chest are against you.

The portier Limitless carrier is a complete ready to use product. All fabrics have been meticulously selected to allow for easy care. In general, we recommend spot cleaning your carrier with a soft cloth and warm water where possible to preserve its original nature. All portier carriers are machine washable. If you wish to machine wash your carrier, always follow the care instructions on the washing label as indicated.

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.
