It didn’t have much benefit and unfortunately I can’t return or exchange it now.

Great support on a busy day, cuts in slightly if seated.

Didn’t give support to the back. Belt very uncomfortable

Band is very narrow to provide any reasonable support. It is uncomfortable to wear and looks odd and feels odd when worn. Waste of money and probably will never wear.

The band feels like a seatbelt cutting into you. Look for a much wider band to support more of your back and belly with softer fabric that doesn't cut into you when you sit or bend over. I would've gotten a refund if I hadn't misplaced the receipt

After wearing it for one day I’ve noticed an incredible difference. I put off buying one for so long because I didn’t think it would work as well as it has but now I wish I had bought it much sooner. Moving, walking and crouching has been so much easier and not being in agonising pain has made me feel like a whole new person.

Offers great support and definite comfort when my lower back was in agony. Felt like all my muscles were held together and supported. Only downfall was that I had to go in store as I couldn’t work out sizing online.
