Depending on their age, your little one might be able to pop into the sleeping bag themselves with your help, but for younger bubs it’s best to lay the bag flat, preferably on a bed, place them inside, and zip it up securely. Make sure they’re appropriately dressed for the room temperature they’ll be sleeping or napping in. You can check our temperature guide for more details.
