- Measure your nipple size and select the correct breast shield size.
- Center the nipple inside the breast shield and place the pump inside your nursing bra so that your breast tissue seals the breast shield opening.

Wash all parts, except the pump motor in warm soapy water before and after every pumping session, as per the Australian Breastfeeding Association's guidelines. We don't recommend washing parts in the dishwasher or UV steriliser as this can reduce the lifespan of pumping parts. Take particular car washing the valve and diaphragm to prevent damage and tears.Allow to air dry.
