Ecostore Baby Body Wash & Shampoo 535ml

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ecostore Baby Body Wash & Shampoo for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it. It feels very gentle on my baby’s skin and hair, and I love that it’s made with natural, plant-based ingredients. My little one has slightly sensitive skin, and we haven’t had any irritation or dryness since switching, which is a big relief. The two-in-one formula is convenient—it saves me from juggling multiple bottles at bath time, which is a plus when you’ve got a wriggly baby in the tub. The scent is very mild and pleasant, not overpowering like some other baby products. I also appreciate that it’s cruelty-free and comes in eco-friendly packaging, which makes me feel better about using it long-term.

Although it doesn’t appear to contain super harsh ingredients, it irritated the skin of all 3 of my kids. After using the ecostore baby body wash and shampoo for a couple of days, I had to stop using it as I noticed a huge difference in the skin of my 4 year old and 15 month old twins. They all have quite sensitive skin and did not suit their skin type. Their skin had sadly become dry and irritated after using this product.

This was the same for the ecostore Baby Body Wash & Shampoo I received in my discovery box. While the cleansing properties of the body wash and shampoo are great, I am not a fan of strong scents and this was too much for me, and being pregnant hasn't helped with the extra sensitivity to smells. The packaging is nice and the pump works well, and the character on the bottle is very cute. If only the fragrance was dialled down a bit this would be a great product.

It is so gentle on their sensitive skin and smells fresh and natural without being overpowering. Bath time is much easier because it lathers well, rinses off quickly, and doesn’t sting their eyes. I never have to worry about harsh chemicals. Their skin feels soft, smooth, and healthy after every wash, and I feel happy knowing I am using something safe, natural, and caring for them and the environment every single day.

Although it is formulated with plant-based ingredients and infused with lavender and chamomile essential oils, I just can't get past the smell. It is super potent! Lavender is known to create a sense of calm and relaxation but ecostore Baby Body Wash & Shampoo does not have the balance right. The smell is so strong that it is overpowering. This may be a personal preference, so by all means, if you love the smell of lavender, you may like this product. However, there are other lavender-scented baby washes and shampoos on the market which are much more pleasant in my opinion. It's worth shopping around (and doing a smell test prior to purchasing).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has eczema so when searching for any skincare type products for him I have to be so extremely careful to make sure I get something that won’t irritate his skin. I was very apprehensive when trying out this wash however I was pleasantly surprised! We had no increase of redness or irritation. When I looked further into the brand I found out that the wash and other baby products from the eco store is actually recognised by the eczema association Australasia as suitable for eczema prone skin!!!! They only down side is sometimes the lavender scent can be a little bit intense but it also creates a calming effect so it’s really up to your preference!

The body wash and shampoo is a great product, I will buy it again for my family. It would also be a great gift for baby showers or first birthdays. Smells great and amazing for sensitive baby skin, we have not had any reactions and my children have dry/sensitive skin. Foams up well in hair as well and doesn't seem to irritate the eyes. Is also dispensed in a pump bottle which i enjoy for a quick grab and go at bath time.

My kiddo loves the smell, insisting it smells like lemonade - I beg to differ and would agree with the product description that it's much more a lavender but who can argue with a preschooler? Lathers pretty well as a shampoo but also works as a wash without leaving too much sticky residue in the bath. Definitely scented but quite nicely so and it's not intense at all. I was happy to use it for myself as well as the kids. Nice to know the packaging has some recycled materials in it too.

It is a great everyday wash which is lacking a lot of the nasty chemicals found in other similar products. Its not drying on baby's delicate skin and lathers and cleans very well. I have also used it as a 'bubble bath' and it does the job well. Its smells lovely and is a huge bottle that will last a long time as a little goes a long way. It is also relatively affordable which is a big bonus as my little one is in the phase of wanting to wash herself and she did go a bit overboard with the amount used. The pump also makes it extremely quick and easy to use during bath time which I appreciate. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen the Ecostore products advertised in the weekly catalogues but due to skin reactions with a variety of other brands we have used in the past, I tend to stick to what we know. So to be able to trial the Ecostore Baby Body Wash & Shampoo was amazing. It comes in a large bottle with clear easy to read labelling. The lavender scent was calming to my toddler and for the first time he didn't fight being washed. The product rinses off easily and a little goes a long way. Of course the one major benefit was there was no negative skin reactions. I would happily buy this product again.

I only wanted to use the best products on my babies’ skin. After all it’s brand new and so perfect! I found this wash to be ideal - it washed without drying out my baby’s skin, smelt fresh and was a reasonable price. Definitely worth the try.

Love this product, I buy it for my Grandson and my sister used ot for her children. Smells great and amazing for sensitive baby skin
