Returns Policy
At E&J Toy Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Return Period: We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact Baby Bunting Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
2.2 Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
