Bugaboo Smartphone Holder

I purchased to use with the FOX 5. This product comes in two parts, the main accessory that holds the phone and the clip in strap which connects the accessory to the buggy, due to the weak clip in functionality between the main accessory and the strap being NOT SECURE my phone has dropped onto the pavement several times causing damage to the screen. The last time the accessory dropped somewhere i did not notice as luckily my phone was not in it at the time ( which is a relief) but it means that after just using a handful of times it's been a complete waste of money. I'd like a full refund on this as either mine was faulty or the product is not fit for purpose! I only have the strap left ! I expected durability and security from a bugaboo product especially on that is much more expensive than alternatives on the market.

The phone holder does not click into place and constantly falls off my pram with my phone it in. It also does not hold the weight of the phone well, and is constantly dropping down or moving from the position I placed it in. I’m really disappointed, and wished this product had worked better.

Sooo handy! Works on both my Donkey & Butterfly. So much easier than trying to rummage around 1 handed looking for my phone. Also like it fits all phones.

We've been using the smarphone holder for a few months now with my Sony smartphone and my wife's iPhone Pro, and it just works! You may need to tighten the straps every now and then, otherwise the holder tends to turn around, but not a deal breaker.

Falls off the pram so easily and my phone is forever falling with each bump

I thought it would clip to the middle clip in the handlebar like the drink holder. It velcros around the leather handle making it slippery and it twists around.

It works but mine seems to slip out of the click attachment pretty easily. Does hold onto my phone but I struggle a little when I want to have my headphones in - it can be a little off balance.

I bought this a few months ago and it has made long walks so much easier ! Can quickly check messages, or video call family and friends while out and about so baby can nap !

I bought the smartphone holder and it doesn’t hold my phone ! Defeats the purpose as it advertises! Does not clip into the holder as it flips and then it falls on the floor…

Very useful especially in summer when I dont have any pockets in my clothes. It is also handy to follow Google maps or other route instructions on the go when the phone is attached to the pram.

Really handy accessory! Use it all the time. Very easy to push buggy and see phone.

Save your money. It doesn’t hold the phone, it flips off. I would take it back but I threw out the box.

When the baby is sleeping, Netflix comes on! Also great when Facetiming with your friends and family in case you not on Netflix :)

I got the smart phone holder about 2 months ago and it’s a life saver! I got it so my kids could be entertained whilst I shop! It’s amazing!
