Bugaboo Giraffe High Chair Neutral Wood / White

I bought this on sale mainly because I have 2 dogs. The bundle is very versatile and something that we can use for many years and is well built. Highly recommend.

Over all the chair is fine and is beautifully design, but we are disappointed by the quality of it. The tray is not easy to install (usually needs a few times to press it hard for it to lock) and also we have the white tray and the white baby chair which after the first use got yellow marks on it that doesn’t come off, so it feels like it made of a cheep plastic. We didn’t do much research before purchasing the high chair as we really love the bugaboo products (we have the fox5 pram, the travel cot and few more accessories) so we just decided to buy the high chair because of the brand but I would recommend a different brand within the same price range.

I bought this together with the baby seat and tray table attachment for my baby for starting solids. We initially received a defective product as the seat was not stable at all. We contacted Bugaboo and the customer service and communication was not terrible considering it is such a big brand and the product is not cheap for what it is. We eventually received a new Giraffe and the seat is much better, but still moves a little so it is probably part of the design. The chair itself is easy to use and clean, however, if you are using the baby seat, you can only put the chair in the highest setting which means baby's feet are a lot further from the footrest and not ideal positioning for starting solids if the feet are dangling. My baby's feet didn't reach the footrest until about 8 months old so I think the chair is probably better suited to a an older baby or toddler. Overall, a decent high chair but in my experience, it is not really worth the price.

Easy to set up and adjust. Looks beautiful. Our daughter seems to lean forward a lot, so it might be good to have the straps secured to the frame better or something but think that will get better as she grows anyway. Love that it’s a chair we can adjust and it will be used for years to come.

We’ve had for 3months now. Pros: Very attractive design Light weight but sturdy Small foot print Mostly easy to clean the cushion covers have washed well so far Cons: The straps are hard to get on as the centre buckle is exactly in line with the tray and they is no place to put it so the child doesn’t sit on it when you put them in The straps leave dangling ends not the food, this can be helped by folding into the shoulder padding but still annoying. You can’t buy just the cushion covers so there is a spare set when washing. The cushions can be a bit fiddly to install Overall a little disappointing that things aren’t better thought through given the price.

Love the high chair - feels very robust, was easy to put together and looks great. Really like that it’s at the same height as our dining room table rather than a lot higher like most high chairs. Our son isn’t weaning yet so haven’t made any real use of it yet but are very confident that it’ll be perfect when the time comes.

Our baby feels very comfortable in this chair, the seat is soft and it fits him nicely. The design is amazing and I like that you can regulate the height.

I bought this because I do like the design and ability to use it for longer and a chair is great

I spent a lot of time researching a high chair for my 6 month old and landed on the Bugaboo Giraffe. I have been using it for two months now and love so many of it's features. It's ergonomic design ensure my baby is comfortable and her posture is supported, the footrest is easily adjustable and the tray is a good size. It is easy to clean but I don't believe the cushion is stain resistant (we have the arctic grey) as advertised. The main con with the chair that I have discovered are that the harness is not practical and is poorly designed, the straps slip off my daughters shoulders which is not ideal and she can easily slide them off which in my eyes is a safety hazard. They also can't be used without the infant set, so when she is a toddler there will be no way for me to strap her in. I hope bugaboo resolve this issue but otherwise we love the chair.

It’s very well built and very stylish regardless which colour you bought, it will definitely fit your interior. It’s very easy to use since everything is adjustable literally with a click of a button. Not to mention that the installation was also super easy. Literally I can’t find anything to complain about.

We got this for our toddler. Before tbis we were using a booster seat. He absolutely loves this chair and will happily sit on it for longer peruods of time when compared the booster chair. It feels sturdy and well put together.

I bought this a couple of months ago to start my baby on solids! We absolutely love it! He loves being in it! The straps are the same as the bugaboo prams which he loves! The tray table is so easy to wipe clean! And it looks so stylish! I would highly recommend!

Very happy with this highchair; it's much lighter than other comparable high-end chairs, more versatile, easier to use and looks fantastic. It's surprisingly sturdy and stable, super easy to clean.
