Absolutely love the space that the side basket offers, large bassinet for bigger bubs and still fits through normal doorways

The quality of the materials this pram is made with is definitely top tier. It is steady and glides smoothly when you push it. Love that it goes from a single pram to a double and back. Also love the shopping basket.

I love this pram! I wasn’t sure about investing in another pram as I have an almost 2 year old and now a month old but I decided to get the double pram to make life easier and 100% recommend this pram It converts to 1 if you just have the one child or easily becomes 2!

Absolutely love this pram - I tried to go with a cheaper double (which I absolutely hated), and ended up switching, and it’s such a relief. Absolute lifesaver for two under two (newborn and 20 month old), and I wish I’d just got it to start with! So easy to use, a dream to ‘drive’ and so smooth and comfy for both babies - my toddler also loves being next to her sister.

Very happy with this pram. It took a while to set it up and the video provided by Bugaboo was pretty useless. My only two complains with this pram is the seat adjustment feels that sometimes it is too far forward or too far back, it needs a step in between. The canopy is also flimsy and doesn't feel very good to use compared to some much cheaper prams. Everything else is great, the basket is so useful and it's quite easy to fold considering how large the pram is.

For the amount of money you spend on this pram, it’s very crap quality. Within one day I had broken parts. I’ve emailed bugaboo no one got back to me and I don’t know what to do. The pram covers/shade parts are all floppy and they don’t look right I don’t know if my pram is dodgy or not but it’s not worth the price.

You can not fit the seat in easily when the capsule is next to it and it is hard to fold and put in and out of your car

We are extremely pleased with our Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono. I love it. The colour is gorgeous, it is so smooth to use even with one hand. I really love the memory buttons for taking both seats in & off as now you can do it all in one hand! Makes things so much easier. This pram is exactly what we were looking for, sturdy but suitable for all terrain too. I also love the bigger front wheels compared to most other prams out there. Makes going up and down Kerbs better and smoother. Truly so happy and love this pram & would highly recommend to anyone.

Well worth the cost of the pram as it is so versatile and grows with your family. The bassinet is fantastic for travelling. Very easy to use.

Can be hard to assemble the seat part but only problem ive had so far easy to make a double pram and the bag is very convenient

I love this pram! I previously had another pram from an Australian online only company, for my 11 m/o son, which was clunky and difficult to push. As we are thinking about expanding our family I shopped around looking at the different options. The tandem prams with the babies on top of each other and the newborn at the bottom (like most of the big brands) wasn’t something I wanted. I was nervous about getting the Bugaboo Donkey thinking it could be too big to fit into doorways or down shop aisles. It’s been perfect. I haven’t had any issues getting it anywhere, it packs down to a surprisingly small size to fit into my small size SUV boot, and my son is really comfy in it. I love the side basket which is super handy as we go for walks to buy groceries all the time. Do not regret my purchase one bit! Love this pram!

Excellent pram I would highly recommend Feel and drivability is better than the rest of the doubles on the market
