Great for everything but nursing.
The cover is removable for washing which is great, and it washed up really well. Although using this pillow was a nightmare! It is very rigid, poorly shaped and made nursing with it actually impossible. My partner gets use out of it when he's in the rocking chair with bub, and I occasionally use it helps bub with tummy time but otherwise I would not recommend. Also unable to find spare/replacement covers.
