Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, direct heat sources, extreme changes in temperature moisture. Wipe up spills/fluids immediately with a soft, clean cloth. Clean furniture by wiping surface with a soft cloth dampened with water. If necessary, clean furniture using a mild soap solution and wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with water then dry with soft, clean cloth. Do not use strong household cleaners. Always wipe in the direction of the grain in the wood do not wipe in circular motion. Avoid contact with sharp objects, or containers containing hot liquid. Avoid contact with rubber feet on items such as radios, computers etc. Do not open more than one drawer at a time. When moving furniture do not drag, always lift and place in position.

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.
