Follow the Assembly Instructions to assemble the product & install mattress base at upper level (for newborn)
Insert 119cm x 64cm mattress
To Change mattress base to Lower Level (Toddler) follow Assembly Instructions and remove the mattress, the four brackets and base from the upper level and replace the brackets in the lower position. Then replace the mattress.
The end of the cot can be removed for easy access into and out of the Toddler bed.
A cross bar is supplied to attach between the cot sides at the open one end. This will provide structural support when the product is used as a toddler bed.

To Change mattress base to Lower Level (Toddler) follow Assembly Instructions and remove the mattress, the four brackets and base from the upper level and replace the brackets in the lower position. Then replace the mattress.
The end of the cot can be removed for easy access into and out of the Toddler bed.

Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, direct heat sources, extreme changes in temperature moisture. Wipe up spills/fluids immediately with a soft, clean cloth. Clean furniture by wiping surface with a soft cloth dampened with water. If necessary, clean furniture using a mild soap solution and wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with water then dry with soft clean cloth. Do not use strong household cleaners. Always wipe in the direction of the grain in the wood do not wipe in circular motion. When moving furniture do not drag, release the brakes on the castors and roll product to the required location. Reapply the castor brakes for safety.

In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to a refund and compensation may also be payable for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.
