We will happily exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not been used. If goods are faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.
Please include a stamped, self-addressed postal bag (prepaid satchel) when returning goods for exchange and include a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
We will send an update to our Baby Bunting Customer Service team to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
